Warranty & Repairs
All our Fountains are warranted to be free of manufacturer defect and operate properly for a period of one year after date of purchase. Original purchase receipt is required for any warranty repair or replacement.
Warranty limited to electrical parts including Water Pump, LED. Fountains must be maintained as per manual of instructions supplied within boxed items at time of purchase.
Warranty is not valid if product is used for other than personal home use (non-commercial use) or in any improper manner, or if dropped or damaged in any way. Return to retailer with original receipt to initiate a warranty claim.

Our return policy is 14 days from purchase with item in its original condition including packaging. If item is faulty, return postage is free. Item can be exchanged for another of the same value or more. If return is based on change of mind then buyer bears postage fees.

The initial order must be over a $1000, but further orders have no such constraints.
Unfortunately we do not offer any credit or 30 days terms for trade customers.
